What file formats can I upload?
Standard ECU binary reads — .bin, .ori, .mod and full flash formats. Upload the original read from the vehicle; modified files are flagged by verification.
How fast do I get my file back?
Processing is automated — most files complete in seconds. You download the modified file immediately with each solution's fitting instructions.
How do credits and the daily limit work?
Each plan includes a number of files per day. One credit is deducted per file processed — apply as many solutions to a file as you need for the same single credit. Credits reset daily, and failed processing never consumes one.
Can I go back to a file I already processed?
Yes — your most recent files stay in My files, so you can reopen one to add more solutions or remove additional DTCs without uploading again.
How does DTC removal work?
Your file is scanned by the DTC service; if supported, you get the list of removable trouble codes, tick the ones you want gone, and apply.
What if a solution isn't in my plan?
Solutions outside your plan can be purchased one-off, or you can upgrade at any time — your allowance changes immediately.
